Episode 14 on TWE is a big WHY Conversation with Robert MacFarland out of KW St George Utah. In this episode Marcus and Robert discuss giving back as a larger part of your personal growth plan. Â
One of the big things that drew Robert and other agents to KW is KW’s focus on servant leadership. At the heart of Keller Williams’ culture is our shared commitment to community service. The immeasurable generosity of the team enables us to care for our own as well as our neighbors no matter the magnitude of what is needed. Robert and the office in St George recently served their community through the Utah Food Bank during 2021’s KW Red Day.Â
Marcus and his AZ team Green Group set up a charity several years ago. Green Group Gives. For Marcus, over his lifetime, one of the things that’s really helped him stay grounded and keep perspective, and that was contagious to his team’s perspective. Â
In Robert’s life, service and charitable giving have always been a major part of his life and now as a business owner his WHY. Marcus and Robert discuss that this charitable service is a muscle within us that’s got to be exercised throughout our life, so that as we become more influential in our communities we continue to build this muscle in our families and businesses.Â
