#13 – A Triathletes Perspective on Life and Leadership

Kris Vogt is a respected leader in the Real Estate industry AND the endurance athlete community.  Kris is originally from Wilton California just outside of Sacramento California.  He has 30 years of real estate experience and has spent the last 3 years leading the Keller Williams Elk Grove office.  Kris is a self described endurance athlete junkie and family man.

In this episode Marcus and Kris talk about the endurance mindset, mentorship and failing forward. Endurance training (and life) is a long game and it is all about staying the course, trusting your coach, running the training plan and leaning in to the “suck” when necessary.

A few years back Kris was challenged by his son to “practice what you preach” and that is what kicked off their endurance lifestyle together as father and son.  Kris and Kyle will be running an iron man this year.  Support them at Youth for Christ.
